LNS launches new support portal

Legal Notifications Services, Inc. is launching a new Support Portal. Look for the transition sometime in December 2025.

Some of the new features are….

  • New Organization
  • News Community Forum
Chat with our support team in real time to get a faster response to your questions or issues.

The Organization tab allows users in the same organization to view and search organization wide tickets. The same issue may have aleady been resolved and reported by another organization employee. This allows immediate information and resolution of the issue.

Share information or ask other iSubpoena users about issues or features.

The new Support Portal will function similar to the one being replaced. It will still be primarily email based. The portal itself will look different but will still be easy to navigate.

Only registered users with verified emails will benefit from all the new features. Registration is fast and easy.

We appreciate your cooperation during the transition. We are constantly updating our platform to enhance our customer’s experience, not only with our iSubpoena service but also our Support Services.
